Coaching is an active and present-focused intervention that helps create desired changes, get clarity about life and enhance well-being.
What is coAching?
Coaching may help clients with mild and moderate forms of stress, anxiety and depression. However, therapy is recommended for clients experiencing more severe symptoms and who require a specialized form of care.

JESS
Jess came to me after working with another coach. She felt out of depth with her previous coach and reached out to me.
JESS leads a big research team in a global corporation and wanted to work on enhancing team collaboration and her leadership skills. She also shared that she was stuck in her own career and plateaued at a certain level in her company. Like it happens in coaching, a client walks in with one request and, when you start unpacking it, it turns into something else. Jess realized through the coaching process that her own persona creates some of the tension on her team. She was too involved and too focused on supporting others.
We had 5 sessions with Jess and in a few months she had major breakthroughs: she changed some roles and responsibilities on her team, relentlessly worked on her own calendar and freeing up the time for herself. She started setting boundaries to focus on the work that was essential and dedicating time to her own projects and development. We also worked on her relationship with her leader helping her advocate for her future growth and career development. The results followed immediately.

Kevin works for a global company and came to me with a typical ask: “I have a stable job, it pays well, I work for a good company but I’m stuck. I no longer know what I want to do and what I’m passionate about. What is next for me?” Kevin and I worked during 6 sessions where he explored options of staying with his current company or going somewhere else. We focused on paying attention to what lights him up at work creating incremental changes in his current role.
I also helped Kevin navigate several rounds of lay-offs happening at his company. As a result of our work, he decided to stay with his organization, expanded his role and had a clear idea of where he is headed next in his career. He also experienced an elevated sense of fulfillment and energy.

When I started coaching with Maria, I was concerned about my stress levels and emotional state. The work that I do is challenging, high pressure and fast moving.
